Maura Miller, President and CEO
Maura has more than 20 years of experience in the long-term care industry, including six years as a regional manager with a national provider. She served as administrator at Monterey Care Center before being promoted to vice president of operations and later president of the MacIntosh Company. Maura is a licensed nursing home administrator and licensed social worker with a bachelor of social work degree from The Ohio State University and a master's degree in health care administration from Central Michigan University.
John Dunn, Vice President of Operations
Originally from central Ohio, John is a licensed nursing home administrator. He served as administrator at Monterey Care Center until 1997, when he was appointed vice president of operations for the MacIntosh Company. A Kent State University graduate, he holds a bachelor’s degree in gerontology.
Lisa Zeigler, Vice President of Operations, Amity Care Home Health Services
Lisa is a licensed nursing home administrator and licensed social worker with more than 15 years of experience in the long-term care industry. She has held a variety of positions with the MacIntosh Company, including admissions director, social services director and administrator of Pickaway Manor and Monterey Care Center, before being promoted to her current position with Amity Home Health Services. Originally from Wooster, Ohio, she holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from The Ohio State University.
